Also known as Indian sage and hemp weed. The leaf, stem and flowers are made into a tea or tonic, usually with other herbs to temper bitterness.

Use to make water or alcohol-based skin toners, or infuse in oil to make salves and balms. 

Combine with sweet herbs, flowers and fruits in tea blends. 

SAFETY Toxic in high doses. Do not use during pregnancy or if you have a known allergy to plants in the daisy family.
